# Notes in Clusters
While thinking and developing a note, it usually evolves into a cluster of related notes linked to the main note.
When published on my website, these usually become a blog post with a cluster of linked pages.
As I refactor my notes, a file naming convention can be helpful. I typically compose the file name into at least two parts separated by a hyphen, sometimes with a qualifier as a third part in parentheses.
For example, if I'm writing about *types* related to *notes*, and I have an associated note with source links, I might use something like `Notes - Types (Links)`.
