# Notes as Pages
Notes are represented by apps in various ways, such as a *page*.
## Obsidian Publish
For vaults published as an Obsidian Publish website, notes are directly converted to web pages by the publishing process.
## Ghost websites
On websites like Ghost, notes become pages or posts with copy/paste or shortcut workflows before they are published. Blog posts are chronological entries with categories and tags; pages are interconnected wiki-style with internal linking.
They may include knowledge bases of structured information with hierarchical organization. Some include interactive documentation containing searchable, categorized information with navigation features.
## Notion pages
Notion refer to these general notes as *pages* containing *blocks*, which can include databases.
## Capacities objects
Capacities is based on objects, including a default *page* object with *blocks*, but you can create custom objects for different types of notes.
